ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø has broken ground on the $180 million Seafields at Kiawah Island project, a luxury senior living residence located in the Kiawah and Seabrook Island area. Once complete, the highly anticipated senior housing residence will provide additional medical and assisted living services for residents over the age of 62 in the growing Sea Island communities.

The project will address the increasing need for social venues in the historic Winter Park area, further building on the award-winning Alfond Inn, which is a centerpiece of the community and an optimal space for socializing, local events, meetings and weddings.

ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø announces the promotion of Russ Brockelbank to vice president of the company’s Georgia operations. With 39 years of experience in the construction industry, Russ’ new role will focus on work winning and project execution across Georgia where he will continue to serve ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø clients and their construction goals in the highly competitive geographic markets of Atlanta and Savannah.
