The Seattle team welcomed two new buildings to downtown Bellevue, Washington at the beginning of 2022. Developed by Trammell Crow Company and MetLife Investment Management, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø recently completed construction of these two 15-story adjacent office towers on top of an eight-level, below-grade parking garage.

The shell & core designed by LMN Architects and interior build-out designed by WRNS Studio were separate projects constructed in tandem. Both were completed within two weeks of each other and were so successful, they achieved TCO ahead of schedule.
